Your dog’s listing is public. Your contact details and incoming sightings are private.
Before you create an account
The form saves your dog’s details and photo as a draft in this browser so you can finish account verification without entering them again. Drafts expire after seven days and are removed after successful publication. You can discard the saved draft from the form; use the same browser to finish.
What you publish
The dog’s name, photo, description, last-seen area and last-seen date and time appear on the website and our Facebook Page. If you buy advertising, those details are also used in the ad. Only submit information and images you have permission to publish. Do not include your home address or private contact details in the description.
What stays private
Your verified email number are used to manage the listing and contact you about the service. It is not displayed in the public listing. Sighting messages and the sender’s reply email are shared with the listing owner.
Providers and sharing
Our hosting, storage and email providers help deliver the service. Meta publishes Page posts and delivers paid advertising. Stripe handles payments when advertising is purchased. We do not store full card details or sell your personal data. Copies shared by other people may remain outside our control.
Updates and deletion
Sign in to your owner dashboard to mark your dog reunited. Email conor@finddogsfast.com to request corrections, access or deletion. Information needed for payment records or to resolve a dispute may need to be retained.
Local review version
The owner app currently uses dedicated development authentication and database services. External Facebook posting, notification emails, ad delivery and payments remain disabled. Production provider details and retention periods must be confirmed before relaunch.
