Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We only collect what we need to run your advert, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

To prepare and run your campaign we collect your contact details (your name, email, and phone number if you provide one), your dog's details, the last-seen location (including a map pin if you set one), any photos you upload, your package choice, and your contact preferences.

How we use it

We use your information to review your enquiry, get in touch, build the ad creative, launch and monitor the campaign, and send you a report. We rely on your request for the service, and our legitimate interest in running it properly, as the basis for this.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) delivers your advert.
• Our email and hosting providers help us contact you and run the website.

Your dog's photo, description, last-seen area and chosen contact method appear publicly in your advert once it runs. Your phone number is only shown publicly if you choose to show it.

Location data

Any map pin or coordinates you give us are used only to target your advert. We never publish your exact address.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run your campaign and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email conor@finddogsfast.com and we will help.
