Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Find Dogs Fast ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an enquiry or making a payment, you agree to them.

What we do

We build, target, launch, monitor and report on paid advertising across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to raise local awareness of your missing dog. We are an advertising service. We are not a pet-recovery, tracking, investigation or veterinary service.

No guarantee of recovery

We cannot and do not guarantee that your dog will be found, seen or reported, or that your advert will produce any sightings, comments, shares or messages. Advertising increases local awareness only. We will never promise a recovery to make a sale.

Reach estimates

Any reach figures we show are estimates, not promises. Actual reach depends on platform delivery, audience size, your location, the budget, ad quality, competition and timing, much of which is outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the dog is yours, or that you are authorised to act for the owner, and that the details and photos you give us are accurate and yours to share. You must be at least 18 to buy. You agree to keep contacting shelters, vets, local authorities, microchip registries and lost-dog groups alongside your advert.

Setup, approval and launch

Conor personally sets up and launches each campaign. We may decline, pause or stop a campaign, for example where information appears inaccurate or unlawful, or where it breaches an advertising platform's rules.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken securely through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay and covers Facebook and Instagram ad budget, setup, targeting and monitoring. Our Refund policy explains when refunds apply: in short, a full refund before your advert goes live, and no refund once it is live and serving impressions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our control, including platform delivery and decisions, or the actions of anyone who responds to your advert. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Find Dogs Fast is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
