Using Find Dogs Fast.
These are the draft terms for the new free-listing and optional advertising service.
Free listings and sightings
You must be the owner or have their permission to publish the dog’s details and photo. You authorise us to display them on the website and our Facebook Page. Listings may be removed if they are inaccurate, abusive or unauthorised. Mark the dog reunited when the search ends.
Optional advertising
Advertising is a separate purchase. The new offer allocates 70% of the displayed total to Meta advertising and 30% to setup, management and reporting. It is one payment with no automatic renewal. Campaign delivery begins after setup and platform approval, not immediately on payment.
No promised recovery
We provide listing and advertising services. We do not track dogs, verify every sighting or guarantee a recovery or a sighting. The accepted free starter includes our 1,000 reach commitment. Estimates for additional paid advertising are not guaranteed results. Keep using local search methods alongside the listing.
Payment and cancellation
The final order total and currency are shown before checkout. You can request a full refund after payment and before your paid campaign goes live. Once those ads are live, the payment is committed and non-refundable, including any advertising funds not yet spent when the campaign stops. See the cancellation policy for details. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
