Refund policy.

V1 campaigns are manually confirmed before payment. If a campaign has not been launched, refund requests can be reviewed before any ad spend is committed.

After launch

Once a campaign has launched, Meta ad spend and setup work may already be committed. Refunds after launch are reviewed case by case and are not based on whether the dog is found.

No recovery guarantee

Paid ads increase local awareness. They cannot guarantee recovery, sightings, comments, shares, or messages.
