Paid for an upgrade? You can request a full refund before your paid ads go live. Once live, the funds are committed and non-refundable.
After payment, before your paid ads go live
You can cancel and request a full refund to your original payment method before your paid campaign goes live. Contact conor@finddogsfast.com with your listing link. Payment alone does not mean the ads are live.
Once your paid ads are live
Your payment is committed to the campaign and is non-refundable once the paid ads go live. This applies to both the advertising allocation and our setup and management fee, including any advertising funds not yet spent when you ask us to stop.
If your dog comes home
Mark your listing reunited so we can stop further advertising. Ads may continue briefly until Meta confirms the pause. Stopping a campaign after it has gone live does not create a refund. Your report continues to show the actual Meta spend separately from the committed budget.
Your free starter
There is no payment to refund for the free starter. The refund cutoff applies to the paid campaign you purchased, not to a free starter that may already be running. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Earlier orders
This policy applies to the new owner-app upgrades. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms supplied with them; contact us with the order details.
